Manage Follett Digital resources

Most Follett Digital functionality is configured in Discover Admin. This is where you manage settings for Follett eBooks, Follett Audiobooks, Lightbox™ titles, and other Follett Digital resources.

Access the following site-level functions:

• Set up a Shared Account to access Follett Digital resources
  If your students do not log in to Destiny Discover with unique usernames and passwords, set up a Shared Account.
  
  
• Manage circulation policies for your school
  Add, edit, or delete circulation policies for Follett Digital resources.
  
  
• Perform title maintenance
  View titles; change circulation types; hide, show, or delete Follett Digital Resources.
  
  
• Run Follett Digital reports
  Access valuable statistics and collection data for your Follett Digital resources.
  
  
• Show digital content only
  If your library is going to be closed for a length of time, you might choose to promote your digital resources while hiding most of your physical ones. This makes it easier for students to find resources they can access from home.
  
  

If you have assigned-user access Follett eBooks:

• Manage eBook assignment settings
  By default, users with access to Discover Admin can distribute assigned-user access Follett eBooks. You can give teachers and other staff access to the eBook Assignments page of Discover Admin, so they can share eBooks, as well.
  
  

• Distribute assignable eBooks
  Learn how to distribute assigned-user access Follett eBooks to students.

If you are a district eBook customer (ordered district Follett eBooks with a district ship-to customer number in Titlewave), access the following district-level functions:

• Push circulation policies to the district
  You have the option to push circulation policies to any or all schools in the district.
  
  
• Distribute district Follett Digital resources
  If you ordered district Follett Digital resources, those titles are distributed from your district's Follett Digital platform.
  
  
• Perform title maintenance
  View titles; edit circulation types; remove or delete district-level Follett Digital resources.
