Place or remove a hold

If a copy of a title you are looking for is not available, you can place a hold.

Note: Your school determines whether or not you are able to place and remove holds.

To place a hold:

From the homepage, search results, Title Preview, or a title's details, click Hold.

To remove a hold:

  • From the homepage, search results, Title Preview, or a title's details, click UnHold.
  • From your Holds page, select More Options icon. > UnHold.
