Manage Follett Digital policies for the district

If you manage eBooks at the district level, you have the option to push circulation policies and distribute digital resources to any or all schools in the district.


  • This process cannot be reversed.

  • It will push all district-defined policies (patron types and circulation types) to the site(s) you select.

  • It will add and update site policies, but will not delete them.

To push policies for the district, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your district-level Discover Admin.
  2. Select Policies > Patron Types.

  3. Click Push Policies.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To push policies to all schools in the district, select the checkbox next to the district name.
    • To push policies to specific schools or groups of schools, click Expand All icon to expand the list, and then select accordingly.

  5. Click Push Policies. A pop-up warns that this process cannot be reversed.

  6. To proceed, click Push Policies. Job Manager appears.
  7. Click View to confirm policies were successfully pushed.
